Introduction
I made a small set of stickers for friends to help them remember everyday things like drinking water, taking breaks, replying later. Nothing structured, just small nudges placed where they’d naturally notice them.

Why...
I wanted to see if physical reminders feel less demanding than digital ones. Notifications ask for immediate attention; stickers just exist quietly in your space.
Observation/Learning
People noticed the stickers without feeling interrupted
Placement mattered more than design
Familiar handwriting felt more forgiving than polished visuals
